The Task
Conduct UX research with the client’s customer support and sales team to understand their needs, goals, and pain points as it relates to their existing CRM methods
Facilitate virtual and in person UX workshops, interviews, and surveys
Build holistic experience maps using personas found in research that demonstrate intersections between current and existing technologies, user needs, business goals, and areas for UX improvement
Provide Salesforce wireframes that support UX findings
