The Task

  • Conduct UX research with the client’s customer support and sales team to understand their needs, goals, and pain points as it relates to their existing CRM methods

  • Facilitate virtual and in person UX workshops, interviews, and surveys

  • Build holistic experience maps using personas found in research that demonstrate intersections between current and existing technologies, user needs, business goals, and areas for UX improvement

  • Provide Salesforce wireframes that support UX findings
